POSTAGE
We aim to dispatch all orders paid by credit/debit card within 3 working days (normally within 24 hours) of receipt of your order, subject to item availability.
Orders paid by cheque require a number of days for bank clearance. Once cleared, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail first class post or via Parcel Force Courier (depending on weight and value of the order). Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If your delivery does not arrive within 7 days of placing your order, please email us at sales@theremustbeabetterway.co.uk stating the WorldPay's transaction ID (which can be found on your transaction confirmation email under transaction details) or call us on 0118 9583917.
We are unable to accept P.O. Box numbers as a delivery address. If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave written information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel. Please be aware: these slips of confirmation are usually reported as being discarded as junk mail. If you do not collect your parcel within the post office's specified timeframe (usually 7 days), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange for a new delivery. You will have to pay the postage costs incurred in resending the parcel.

Biodegradable Loose fill:
The naturally friendly packaging material that is 100% biodegradable and manufactured from annually renewable sources (Corn). Water soluble. Fully compostable, if you pour water onto it, you can actually see it disappear. Paper carton packing tape:
Produced from a silicone free paper with a natural adhesive.
The 100% paper padded Jiffy bags:
The bag is padded with macerated paper fibres that protect and cushion your products from damage. Rugged: Tough, puncture and tear resistant, the bag is covered in a strong 90gsm kraft paper. Secure: Double glued bottom flaps prevent bursting. PRICES
